Monthly Cohort Program Overview

The Monthly Cohort is a four-session program led by experts to help you sharpen your interview skills and feel more confident landing the job you really want.

Each session tackles a different type of interviews: Recruiter screenings, behavioral questions, hiring manager conversations, and panel interviews. You’ll get real practice through mock interviews and direct, personalized feedback.

You’ll leave with practical tips, stronger stories, and clear strategies you can use to handle any interview with confidence and professionalism.

Session 1

Phone / Zoom Screen

This session focuses on phone and video screening interviews, a common first step with hiring managers. We'll discuss how to prepare, set clear salary expectations, and make a positive first impression over the phone and video.

Each participant will have a 20-minute mock phone interview, covering typical questions. We'll conclude with a group feedback session to help everyone refine their approach and learn from one another.

We'll work on storytelling techniques and how to structure responses using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). This session will focus on presenting your experiences in a compelling way.

Each participant will have a 25-minute hiring manager-style mock interview, with a 20-minute feedback session afterward to discuss storytelling and readiness.

The final session will simulate a panel interview with multiple interviewers, including an HR representative, technical interviewer, hiring manager, and peer interviewer.

Each participant will have a 40-45 minute panel interview, followed by a 20-minute feedback session. Feedback may be provided in written, recorded, or live formats.
