Mock Interview Express provides tools and resources to assist users in preparing for interviews, including mock interviews, resume reviews, and cover letter critiques. These services are offered as-is, with no guarantees of employment, job offers, or interview success.

3. User Eligibility

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and older and are currently limited to residents of the United States. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Content Submission

Users may provide content, such as resumes, cover letters, and recorded mock interview sessions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content as we see fit. Users do not have the ability to upload, share, or distribute content independently through the platform.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Submit harmful or malicious content.

• Disrupt or interfere with the Services’ operation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms.

6. Payment and Donations

At this time, we do not charge for the Services provided. In the future, we may integrate a donation platform to support operations. Any payments made will be subject to the terms of the applicable third-party payment processor.
