Mock Interview Express provides tools and resources to assist users in preparing for interviews, including mock interviews, resume reviews, and cover letter critiques. These services are offered as-is, with no guarantees of employment, job offers, or interview success.

3. User Eligibility

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and older and are currently limited to residents of the United States. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Content Submission

Users may provide content, such as resumes, cover letters, and live participation in recorded cohort sessions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content or participating in recorded sessions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in any format for:

  • Providing feedback or services to you

  • Internal training and service improvement

  • Educational use within our members-only area

  • Marketing or promotional purposes (only with your explicit consent)


You will not be compensated for this usage. If you wish to request the removal of specific content (particularly from publicly shared materials), please contact us. We will honor reasonable requests in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Submit harmful or malicious content.

  • Disrupt or interfere with the Services’ operation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms.

6. Payment and Donations

At this time, we do not charge for the Services provided. In the future, we may integrate a donation platform to support operations. Any payments made will be subject to the terms of the applicable third-party payment processor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Some features of Mock Interview Express may involve the use of AI tools to support coaching, summarization, or content creation. By using the Services, you acknowledge that portions of your data may be processed using AI for internal training, tool development, or enhanced functionality. If you wish to opt out of future AI-based processing of your data, please contact us. We will comply with such requests where required by law.
