Users may provide content, such as resumes, cover letters, and live participation in recorded cohort sessions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content or participating in recorded sessions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in any format for:

Providing feedback or services to you
Internal training and service improvement
Educational use within our members-only area
Marketing or promotional purposes (only with your explicit consent)

You will not be compensated for this usage. If you wish to request the removal of specific content (particularly from publicly shared materials), please contact us. We will honor reasonable requests in accordance with applicable laws.
